Gifts That CareTM strives to guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. If you have concerns or questions about the products you are purchasing please contact us.

Condition of Return

Products must be in a new and unused condition.
All products must be in their original Gifts That CareTM packaging.

Return Process

The Gifts That CareTM return policy allows for items to be returned with a full refund or replacement.

A “Return Merchandise Authorization” form (RMA) must be completed and approved prior to the return of merchandise. You will be issued an RMA number once your form has been reviewed. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your RMA number.

Once you have received your RMA number, please submit your return so that it can be reviewed and a credit or replacement will be issued to you.

Restocking Fee (for Customized Products Only)

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, there is a 25{48b66b89ecdbad3fa7bbd18eccfdec7e28e1f58702668de4b59fff868d8d4244} restocking fee that will be applied to all returns of customized products. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, please contact us with your correct address. You will remain responsible for any additional shipping charges.

At Our Discretion

Gifts That CareTM reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions could apply.
